Witcher 3 will be definitely on the next-gen, they already confirmed Witcher 3 for the PS4. Also i don't think it will be affordable to make a remastered version of TW1 and TW2 for any console anymore, it just won't sell enough. Pretty much everybody who wanted to play The Witcher, bought either the PC version or just the 360 version of Witcher 2.
